VibeBait currently ships to customers in the United States and selected international destinations, depending on carrier availability and product eligibility.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after your tracking number has been issued. Carrier tracking systems may take some time to update.

VibeBait is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact our support team with your order number and tracking information. We will assist you in reviewing the shipment status and, when appropriate, help you file a carrier inquiry.
VibeBait is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier. However, we will always do our best to support our customers and help resolve delivery-related concerns.
