At VibeBait, we want every angler to shop with confidence. If your order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not meet our return conditions, our support team is here to help make the process simple and transparent.

Return Window
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging when possible.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Eligible Items for Return
You may request a return if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product, size, color, or quantity.
- The product is unused and still in resellable condition.
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, some items may not be eligible for return:
- Used fishing gear, lures, hooks, lines, or accessories.
- Items showing signs of wear, water exposure, modification, or damage caused after delivery.
- Products without original packaging or missing parts.
- Gift cards, clearance items, or final sale products.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return request.
- Include clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Ship the approved item back according to the instructions provided.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account after it has been processed.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the return is due to personal preference, wrong selection, or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error.
Exchanges
We currently handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. The fastest way to receive the item you want is to contact us first, return the eligible item if approved, and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow our standard return process.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, neighbors, or local carrier office first.
If the package is still missing, contact us and we will help review the situation. VibeBait is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
